Communication
After any ROP classes taken, we are suppose to show great communication skills. To be able to communicate between workers is a great asset.
Job Ethics
To be able to work with respect with other coworkers in a job.  To be able to be outspoken and able to lead and know what to do.
Critical Thinking
To be able to work together to solve a problem. Thinking through all possible outcomes and effects of our decisions.
TeamWork
The ability to work together nomatter the race, religion, sex and other features should not matter in the workplace.
